DY-3500将切割好的蔬菜、水果，采用高压气泡水浴冲击下，使物料在水里翻转，有效地分离蔬菜表面的泥沙、杂质、污物，水流的大小可以控制，清洗下来的污物，经滤网被拦截，而清洁干净的菜，由输送带提升进入下一个工序，而在提升过程中再次被喷淋清洗。工作过程中，进水管和喷淋水管始终供水，使水箱内的污水逐步被替换。
